Shipping Policy — OKATA STUDIOS

Thank you for shopping with OKATA STUDIOS. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully as it is part of our Terms of Sale and works in conjunction with our Refund & Return Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have placed your order and received an order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number and shipping details.

  • If there is any delay in processing (e.g. due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances), we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible (if you have attached one to your order detail.)

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Below are typical delivery estimates (these are approximate and not guarantees):

  • Please note: transit times begin once the order has shipped (i.e. after processing) and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site so you can monitor delivery.

  • If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or doorknobs/hidden drop spots. If still missing, contact us at customerservice@okatastudios.com so we can assist further.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (U.S.) — We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • International —  We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times, duties, and customs fees vary by country.

  • If a shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional charges may apply, or we may have to cancel or return the order to sender.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • OKATA STUDIOS is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the recipient’s country.

  • These charges are calculated at the time of checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer to be paid.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details on import regulations and fees in your country.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within [7 days] of delivery. Save all packaging and damaged goods to facilitate any claims with the carrier.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking shows no movement or the package is lost, contact us at [customerservice@okatastudios.com] with your order ID number and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.

  • Responsibility: Once a package is in transit, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

  • Note: This policy aligns with and supports (but does not replace) the details in our Refund Policy (see “Shipping & Delivery” or “Damaged / Lost Items” sections).

7. Returns & Refunds

  • For full details on refunds, returns, and how shipping costs are handled therein, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page.

  • In short:
      • If your return is approved under the policy, any refund (minus any original shipping & handling, where applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment.
      • Return shipment costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
      • Please ensure items are returned in original condition, unused, with tags (if applicable).
