Shipping & Delivery
When will I get my Package?
Orders are typically processed (1) business day after the order has been successfully processed, for orders made before 1pm EST. This timing can differ in the case of holidays and/or shipping route difficulties.
Domestic Orders [Within the US]:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Orders:
Shipping rates vary depending on region, etc.
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

I need to change the delivery address on my order
To make a change to your order, please contact us at customerservice@okatastudios.com with your Order ID, Name on your order & email. Include the changes you would like to make to your order before it is processed for shipping and we will handle the rest!
My package is stolen/missing

Returns & Refunds
what is the Window of time to return my order?
We offer Free Worldwide Returns. Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Can I exchange my order [or] an item in my order?
We do not offer nor accept exchanges at this time. For more about our Return/Refund Policies, See Here.
When can i expect my refund?
Return refunds are typically processed within (1) business day after we have received and processed the returned merchandise.
Refunds can be expected to reflect back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at customerservice@okatastudios.com or visit the Start a Return Request page.
Please do not send merchandise back to our warehouse(s) without an Accepted Return Request, packages will be disregarded and no refund will be issued.
Do I have to pay to ship my return?
No returns are free worldwide. We will provide you the return label to return your merchandise, at no extra cost to you. See more about our return & refund policy here.

What is the order processing time?
Orders are processed within (1) business day, and same day for orders made before 1pm EST. This time can differ in reflection of US National Holidays.
How do i cancel/change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the My Account portal in the Orders tab.
To make changes to your order, contact us at CustomerService@OkataStudios.com with your Order ID, email connected to your order and your change(s) request.

My order arrived damaged
If your order has arrived damaged, start a return request; uploading necessary images and a refund will be processed upon the merchandise's return to our delivery hub. For more help, contact us at customerservice@okatastudios.com
